Don’t remember where I heard this tagline but it’s not my creation .. might actually be Sir WoodrowBut surprised this wasn’t used: “He’s kicking their ass, he’s kicking it twice”

Huh, that was pretty fun. They actually wrote a sincere Christmas movie underneath all of the mayhem. It’s not as cynical as the advertising makes it seem.

Watched it tonight
Was alright. The tone shift at the end was a bit too sweet for my tastes but I do always like Harbour and I did the home along style part.
Might be one of those ones that grows on me next year

Saw it a few nights ago, genuinely enjoyed it. Gonna have to see what its re-watchabiltiy level is in terms of making it a Christmas tradition, but I had plenty of out loud laughs and "oooooh God" moments when you could just what kind of kill they were building to.

We saw it today it was fantastic.
A lot like Fatman with Mel Gibson that came out a few years, however that film took it self too seriously. This was a lot of fun. Batshit but it still had a heart of gold, I actually wish we we spent more time with the family and some of the villains.
Also I’ll compare it to krampus when that movie felt it was going somewhere over the top, it always fell short, which looking back at it now it was PG-13. This movie went all the way and then some, gory and hilarious.
I’ll watch it again next year.

I'm pissed this hasn't gotten a theatrical release in New Zealand.
