The logic I could see, Jey knows he is already being driven out of The Bloodline by Sami, which no one else sees. All after being gaslit and emotionally abused by Roman and giving in to his wishes for Jey to be his right hand. So Jey is like "no f*** this shit. Stop."

I think it was just Logan Paul being a dunce. Either he went into business for himself and said something stupid or he messed his line up or something. It made no sense at all. One because Roman is undoubtedly the Tribal Chief and there hasn't been anything on TV presented to make us think any differently and also it made no sense for Jey Uso to be angry about that line in that it was complimentary towards him.

I think the intent of the line was supposed to be that Roman only gets things done because Jey's watching his back but it was just a weird way of trying to express that.
