My current employer has open enrollment in 2 weeks and I want to shop around. Our insurance is quite expensive. I pay 153 a week now and that's medical dental and vision for a family of 4, less life insurance for my wife. Who do you all recommend I go with? Anyone else with a family how much do you pay per week/month?

I can’t make any recommendations. I can answer that last question, though.
I also have a family of 4. After paying medical insurance, dental, supplemental accident insurance, supplemental life insurance on each of us, long-term disability insurance, and a monthly contribution to my HSA, I pay $291 a month. I’m seriously bumping up to the next tier of costs (the most expensive offered), however, as my HSA is never enough to cover my out of pocket expenses. I also might up the amount I contribute to my HSA as well.

I can suggest checking the ACA exchange. It may not have anything better, depending where you live and your income level, but you can at least shop.

There's so many variables (location, what you'd want covered, details about your family) that the only answers you can get are from healthcare.gov. You can also call a representative and they can help walk you through the process.
