Excuse my ramblings that may happen in this thread, I'm still trying to process what happened.
I thought it was a work, up until they started the card rundown and everyone on commentary sounded really shaken up. I was getting ready to celebrate MJF cashing in, but once they cut back to the announcers and Taz in particular, that didn't matter anymore.
Definitely hoping it was only a stinger. I want to think that when Claudio and Wheeler came to the ring after the show, they gave Mox and Regal an encouraging update. Such a scary situation and I feel for Mox as well, but like he said, shit happens and shit gets scary sometimes.

It is genuinely f***ing disturbing how quickly a lot of people elsewhere are trying to turn this into a, "Moxley is unsafe, he should be punished," thing. It was a completely routine move that went poorly, it could happen to anyone. Mox is also like one of the safest workers ever and he has always been said as such by his peers Accidents happen, they happen in all sports. Wrestling fans, especially Anti-AEW like trolls, don't think like real people unfortunately. It makes me wonder how they function in real life.

Hangman hurt himself on a backflip bump. It had nothing to do with Mox at all.

Didn’t like it when it was Ridge Holland copping it either, so it’s not just a “Mox is the popular nice guy” thing.

I just hope he doesn't beat himself up over it.

It was a completely routine move that went poorly, it could happen to anyone. Exactly. Page went for a Rikishi bump on the lariat, under-rotated and landed the wrong way. That the kinda thing that someone as athletic as Page can do 1000 times without fail, but just that one time and you can get injured off of it.

I feel like with rare exceptions, in major wrestling promotions (as opposed to folks in indies getting injured attempting moves well above their skill level or that were never a good idea in the first place) it's been routine moves just being off by 0.001% through sheer bad luck that do the damage more often than not.

I'm avoiding Twitter. Too many f***ing weirdos ready to celebrate a good human being getting hurt to dunk on a product.
The tribalism on the bird app is so stupid, but some people are mentally disturbed and plenty will be exposing themselves in the next few days for hot takes. I'm not about it in the slightest.

Also, for all that is holy, please just let MJF cash in and win at the PPV so Mox can take his damn vacation. Dude deserves it after tanking so much bad luck and rolling with it this year.

I wouldn't even waste my energy and focus on the clowns
Let's just hope and pray Hangman is all good after that freak accident

PWInsider is saying that Hangman is in the hospital right now being examined.

Hopefully this drills it into the heads of people who still think it is a work somehow. Not even MJF is bothering to keep in character right now. Prayers to Hangman.

The only thing that matters to them is weaponizing Hangman's injury to push their narrative that AEW is the most unsafe workplace in the world. It doesn't matter what the facts are. Pushing the narrative is most important to them.

Yeah I'm on Twitter but completely avoid wrestling Twitter outside of following actual performers, everybody on there seems completely unhinged.

Now the good thing, is being in Cincinatti, Hangman is likely at University of Cincinatti Medical Center which is one of the top trauma treatment centers in the US. He's in good hands.

I legit forgot Dynamite was tonight and then I see a bunch of stuff on social media comparing it to the Droz situation which I took as hyperbole, but man that landing has me worried…
Add in the fact that you even have MJF dropping kayfabe on Twitter and I’m even more worried…

Was literally about to say, I've interviewed for work at the UC Medical Center before and that place is legit. Assuming that's where they would've taken him, and it's not far from the arena at all.
