Which show titles would you like to see brought back? I heard rumors of cancelling Hell in a Cell and Extreme Rules. I know that Day 1 has been cancelled. The only one I could agree with WWE cancelling is Hell in a Cell because that kind of match should mostly be used as the ultimate blow-off to a feud. Now I enjoyed this year's show, but there was only one HIAC match on the card. Last year's had matches that didn't need to be inside the Cell. Plus, there were multiple HIAC matches last year as well.
I doubt we would see something like Fatal-4-Way come back, or Capitol Punishment (unless a show takes place in DC). I could see WWE reusing Unforgiven or No Mercy. I also feel that Breaking Point should be used again, and that was only used once (in 2009). What are your picks?

I've never been a fan of shows based on a match type. HIAC should only happen when there's a feud that has got to the point where it's needed, and not just because of the date on the calendar.
I guess Judgement Day is out of the running now they named a stable after it. Maybe Fully Loaded?

Bring Starrcade as an actual PPV.

wouldnt mind them using some wcw/ecw named events, That's what I was going to say. Get rid of the gimmick PPV's, unless they serve a purpose, such as Rumble or Money in the Bank. I did this for a few fantasy booking games, and had different names in different saves... January - Royal Rumble February - No Way Out (Maybe keep the chamber matches for the titles that aren't challenged for by the Rumble winners, but I'd change the name) March/First weekend of April - Mania April - Backlash or Spring Stampede May - Slamboree June - Heatwave or Money in the Bank (in once scenario, MITB returned to Mania) July - Heatwave or King of the Ring (I had KOTR earning a title shot at Summerslam) August - Summerslam September - Fall Brawl October - Halloween Havoc November - Survivor Series December - Starrcade

Halloween Havoc 100% needs to be a main roster show.

January - Royal Rumble February - No Way Out Late March/Early April - WrestleMania Late April/Mid-May - Backlash June - Money in the Bank July - Extreme Rules (I like the idea of a show where the rulebook goes out the window for one night. Maybe change the name?) August - SummerSlam September - Night of Champions October - No Mercy November - Survivor Series December - Armageddon (have this be a "mid-season finale" before launching into the angles that will lead us to Mania. I loved when they would use the "End is Near" theme, too, with a huge gimmick match somewhere on the show)

They could go back to just using the big 4.
Royal Rumble in January
Wrestlemania in early April SummerSlam I’m August
Survivor Series in November
And to give fans something in between, go to using WCWs Clash of the Champions as a tv special

King of the Ring absolutely needs to come back. Make it a 16/32 person tournament with some actual stakes like a Summerslam title shot instead of a terrible king gimmick that does no one any favors.

May the legacy continue 😀 Always hated that name since it was soooooo outdated because it came from a Jerry Lee Lewis song from 1957. What a way to keep up with the times WWE. This name would have never seen the light of day in the Attitude Era (and today as well. Thank goodness.) Not to mention that they used Jerry’s version of the song during the buildup and during the show, it means that they have to pay royalties for the show to be on the Network unedited (WWE thought that Jerry Lee Lewis was dead but when Jerry Lawler said that he is still alive, he helped Jerry Lee Lewis and WWE negotiate a deal.) Jerry Lawler thought that this was great but what do you expect him to say since he is now 70. I can only imagine Jerry Lee Lewis negotiating with WWE since he doesn’t strike me as a wrestling fan.

Are you saying that the King gimmick didn’t do these gentlemen favors The future Big Daddy V Ken Shamrock Billy Gunn Sheamus Bad News Barrett Come on, it’s not like they faltered big time after becoming King…oh wait.

February should be No Way Out instead of Fastlane. Not only is the name more evocative, they can use what we all know is the real theme tune for the event.
I would also swap around Summerslam and Cyber Sunday and use a different name for the July event, as Cyber Sunday sounds dated AF. Perhaps Vengance or Payback.

I feel like late August is too late for a "summerslam" as it's really just about back to school season. Cyber Sunday would just be a fun low stakes ppv at the end of the season as they shift to the fall storylines.
