Angels are playing so stupid lol. Take Ohtani away from those dorks already. Two guys thrown out at home. Bases loaded with nothing to show. Leaving their starter in for 120 pitches. Bad News Bears stuff. Knowing Arte Moreno, he's going to keep Ohtani until the end of the season to fill his stadium, and then let him walk for nothing, but hopefully he reads the room and makes a deal. Not only would it be good for baseball for Ohtani to get the hell off the Angels, but the Angels also can't afford to lose him for nothing unless they plan to tank during whatever is left of Trout's prime. Just an awfully run franchise from top to bottom. They managed to win the game and I can’t tell if that’s because they actually won it or because the Yankees are also a bag of ass. Angels should have won by 5-6 runs. |

Giants’ top prospect Marco Luciano has been promoted to AAA! What happened to Joey Bart? He sucks and was a sign of the Giants’ terrible farm system at the time he was considered the top guy. Never had super special numbers in the minors, and the new regime immediately drafted a new first round catcher their first year (Patrick Bailey) who’s taken control of the position. He’s probably getting traded for a bag of used balls at the deadline. |

German you suck, you got to do better than that. You can not allow any runs, very disappointing performance, he let the Yankees down, this lose is all his fault. Unacceptable.
Okay I am being a little sarcastic, though to be real German should have done better. That being said, if this continues, I don't care what contracts they have, Boone is going to be gone at the end of the season, and I can't wait for that. Don't let the door hit you on the way out you moron. And we can only hope that Cashman will resign.

The Angels are a perpetual tire fire and he’s going to the good LA team this offseason. Every rich team is gonna throw a blank check at him, and he’s going to the most talented of the West Coast bunch. The Angels are actually doing what they need to do .. and whatever team that is stupid enough to sell out to rent him is making the wrong choice. |

If Ohtani has to stay in California can he please sign with the Giants or Padres. Yankees West don't need more talent and it's not like San Francisco or San Diego are small podunk cities so he'd still get the media coverage. Plus Ohtani hitting bombs into the cove sounds like must see baseball

Crazy how much the standings have jumped around in just the last few weeks alone.
I wash hoping the Reds would remain in first, but I'm not going to be upset if the Brewers win the division.
And nice job, Orioles! I still expect (and hope) the Rays win their division, but nothing wrong if Baltimore won it either.
With the exception of the NL West, I'm pretty happy with where everyone is at.
