What is wrong with the Yankees, losing to the freaking Orioles, that is unacceptable. And that is 2 starts that Schmitt had crap the bed against not great lineup. One more start and if this happen, get his butt back to the minors. He is not cutting it.

What is wrong with the Yankees, losing to the freaking Orioles, that is unacceptable. And that is 2 starts that Schmitt had crap the bed against not great lineup. One more start and if this happen, get his butt back to the minors. He is not cutting it. Orioles are not as bad as you think they are. Not to mention it's baseball... inferior teams beat better teams all the time in low stakes regular season games. |

Who are the Rays going to play next, the 1962 Mets, screw MLB and the early cupcake schedule they gave the Rays. Yeah, MLB totally wants the team with probably the least amount of fans in the league to go 162-0 and its not like their schedule won't get harder when these games mean more. If im the cubs I am working to lock up Marcus Stroman long term, this is his opt out year, I hope Cubs can work to extend him.
Really nice win today by the Cubs, hopefully they keep it going, and wake up tomorrow and find a way to win a baseball game, would love a sweep but would be fine with taking 2 out of 3.

So The Phillies lost Rhys for the year and now lost Darick Hall for at least two months with a torn thumb ligament. They are now down to the platoon of Kody Clemens, yes that's Roger's son, and Alec Bohm depending on if the pitcher is a lefty or righty for First Base
Obviously this isn't a long term solution for a team that's started out rough out the gate and has postseason aspirations... likely a trade for someone like CJ Cron may be in the cards, but probably not right now so early on. Barring maybe looking for a low end patch deal or someone else, Clemens/Bohm will be it
Very cursed position this season, of course it was always Center Field and once they fix that, this happens lol

angels lost but going to opening day was awesome. trout hit a huge HR and our pitching looks real solid. just one mistake pitch really
very hopeful for this team if our new guys like urshela, o'hoppe, drury and renfroe can turn it on
