The Grand Finale Match of Survival is such a cool concept. I see it being a staple of the Survivor Series for years to come!

It's a shame that Cody is out and won't be able to bleed buckets in the first War Games match on the main roster.

Cody would’ve been the perfect guy to finally bring back those promos that consisted of the team captain leading a chant of “SURVIVE! SURVIVE! SURVIVE!”

Although I also think he would've been perfect as the captain leading a cocaine fueled babyface team. I could totally see Cody going into some strange trance and then attacking Matt Riddle for no reason what so ever.

Looking at past NXT War Games, they consistently have had 5 matches (well one had 4) so I wonder if that's gonna continue and we won't have any other matches added to this card.

What about Braun Strowman vs Gunther?

What about Braun Strowman vs Gunther? Gunther faces the winner of the World Cup tourney so that likely won’t happen until/if Braun wins the Cup.

I really wish WWE would just dump the Survivor Series PPV. They clearly only use it for the name recognition.

That is the one. I may be a traditionalist, but I am massively disappointed every time they do not have the SS style matches or just a few.

Surely The Bloodline has to lose this one. If they don't, do they run the risk of fans leaving future shows involving The Bloodline early because they know what's going to happen.
What they can do is either:
Jey or Sami accidentally hits the other leading to the finish.
Jey or Sami is either being pinned or in a submission and the other can clearly makes the save but doesn't.
Bloodline needs to look vulnerable in major match.
Also expecting Rhea to look very strong as well

The additions of Sami and even Solo have helped tremendously. Also I think it was really only unpopular on here to begin with. I'll listen to reviews of the weekly TV shows and it always has been nothing but praise even when it was still in the mind numbingly boring phase when it was still just Roman and the Usos all three of whom I couldn't have cared less about. They still win all the time so their matches are still super predictable but at least with the Sami/Jey drama there's now at least a lot more spice to it when it comes their promo segments and Smackdown matches.

IMO the bloodline has to lose here because they are not gonna get a better oppurtunity to finally lay the obvious seed to this story and this is Sami and Jay screwing up royally and planting the seeds for them to turn on Sami and getting Sami and KO together to finally go for and get the tag titles.
This is as they say a pivotal show for this story to remain initriguiging in any way...because if The BloodLine wins..what then? no one can beat them individually , tag teams can't beat them....and they somehow overcome 5 of their greatest opposers to....the story has nowhere interesting left to go.

They’re the most popular act in the company it seems.
