So trying to follow lawyer talk, my understanding is this:
-The state law he would have been charged under dealt specifically with lotteries, so this claim may be the reason the case was ultimately dismissed.
-It may still be a felony, which he may feel confident in beating given REDACTED POLITICAL CHATTER, hence why felt fine pantsing himself on the state level

Ugh, the block feature getting f***ed with just made me think JBL unblocked me because he randomly appeared on my timeline when someone RT'd him, then I realized nope still blocked, but seeing him anyway though I don't necessarily want to. Got curious and looked at his profile, I can't follow him, but I can mute/block/report. So I went and blocked him back lol. Fixed that problem.
