Who from NXT could make it on the main roster?

I mean the current NXT roster. Who do you see getting over on the main roster? The main one I could see is Carmelo Hayes. As for others, I am not sure. I think Zoey Stark's current heel role has some potential, but I thought she was also good as a face. However, she had very little character when she was a face, at least I thought so. Speaking of the ladies, well, Roxanne and Cora seem like they could work on the main roster, but I think it's still too soon for them.

Who are your picks?

Bron is an obvious one. They are clearly behind him and he's a prodigy in the ring. Grayson Waller I think will do well as an upper midcard heel. Good obnoxious character, has decent size, and is a good worker who bumps really well. Carmelo I think will be alright although I think maybe his size might hurt him. Tony D I can see doing well in an Elias or Baron Corbin type spot. Creed Brothers I can see being successful real quick in the tag division real quick. I can also see Julius being a big singles star down the road.

With the women while I like their roster I don't really see many prospects with super high ceilings either. Cora and Tiffany Stratton I would say probably have the best shots in that I think they both have a good all around skillset especially the latter. Even though she hasn't got a lot of focus on NXT I think Tatum Paxley is someone who I think could be a surprise if they can find a character that works for her as she's incredibly athletic and is coming along well in ring. After that though you kind of have a lot of women who do some things well but just have too big of holes in their game to really make it whether it be lack of personality (Zoey, Roxanne) or their in ring work not being up to snuff (Indi, Gigi). Jacy, Fallon, and Kiana James I think are all solid and will probably all have long careers but I don't see any of them really having big star main eventer ceilings either.

Gigi and Jacy could win the tag titles on the main roster not worried about them as much Mandy.  Not sure what there really is for her there except like you said a one off PPV title shot and she likely loses.  I feel like the plans are set for Bianca vs Charlotte and Ronda vs Becky at WrestleMania for the title matches.  I think Mandy's best off being the queen bee of NXT but that's run it's course.

Toxic Attraction are in a weird position where there is nothing left for them to do in NXT arguably. Yet at the same time them Continuing to be there is holding down a bunch of talented younger women just waiting to get a chance to break out.

Bron is a given but I think Zoey would be great on the main. as good as she is Roxanne won't make it unless she goes heel as the nice girl routine is a massive no no,give her an edge and an attitude like Cora and she'll be great.

It could easily be the same problem with them as it is currently with Damage CTRL where the henchwoman tag team part of the trio has belts while the singles wrestler who is supposed to be the leader and the star has nothing just simply because their competition is ten times tougher. At this point though if they are calling them up they might as well just wait until after Mania as by that point then you will likely have two babyfaces as champions with Bianca and Becky. Mandy would make a good feud for either of them. At the moment on Raw you got another heel trio and on Smackdown with heel Ronda on top there isn't really a place for them there either.

Also I wouldn't rule out them maybe splitting and not even getting a main roster run. Which I think would be a mistake as I think Mandy needs the hook of being a stable leader or it's just going to be basically Mandy Rose midcard loser from 2017 to 2020 again. However I did notice in their promo segment tonight Katana saying that when Mandy loses the title she won't have any need for Gigi and Jacy any more. I guess it could've just been a throwaway line but could also be foreshadowing something. I think Gigi and Jacy winning the tag belts back and then Mandy losing her belt could lead to potentially interesting storyline directions. Like while Gigi and Jacy have still been supportive of Mandy and have protected her while they've been beltless, Mandy on the other would be insecure about it since she's supposed to be the star and instead of being supportive could maybe "accidentally" cause them to lose their belts again causing a potential rift.

At this point, I kinda doubt Toxic Attraction is going to be a big deal on the main roster. Jacy and Gigi have had a handful of matches (at least three) on the main roster and they've completely and utterly bombed in every single one. And adding Mandy to the equation won't improve things either. I feel like their ceiling is going to be cannon fodder to whoever is the top champ of that respective brand at the time, or their challenger (assuming the champion is a heel).

Toxic Attraction in general seems more like an HBK passion project more than an actual WWE project.

Ones who might struggle:

Kayden & Katana

Some of those are great wrestlers but I can see them being too plain to get over big on the main roster.

Then there's some I'm not too sure about and can kinda see going either way (Nikkita Lyons, Wes Lee, Axiom).

That man is incredible. He’s never been bad but the improvement is staggering. He’s a star.

I’ve wanted Hayes, Breakker and Waller on the main roster for a minute. I get they’ve gotta sharpen their craft. I’ve just felt the main roster has been sorely lacking young talent.

Man had a gimmick of "Person Who Loves His Hat" and had people hating him for it. He had people adoring him with his "I'm a rich heel" turned "TO THE MOON! face." He's going to do well on the main roster.
