I could see the part of the Bloodline angle with Sami being looked upon fondly if they stick the landing, but for me there's like 2 years of dead air nothing storytelling with a stranglehold on the belts from like Survivor Series 2020 til Sami joining which really brings the whole thing down even if the next few months are like peak storytelling. also also this peak storytelling better be something other than Roman sitting in his room with Heyman making goofy faces behind him as he's like "mMRghgh...will he*...betray me?" *he = sami, usos, solo, heyman, whoever is the potential betrayer of the week

The Bloodline/Sami stuff is solid gold. I can understand how some people are done with Roman/Bloodline but I really think that sometime in the future when there is the benefit of time and retrospection between it that this will be regarded as one of the best angles that the WWE has ever done. It’s rare these days that you get a good story, mixed with good action, and good storytelling in the ring. Definitely feels like the prelude to the downfall of the Bloodline. I think some people are more just tired of all of the title being tied up in this one groups for years now. It makes the rest of the show feel, bare and other people lack stuff to fight over.

The thing that sticks out about this run for me is that like every time I've thought "okay it's time for it to end now" it's gotten better and better.
Like I don't even get vaguely sad thinking about Drew losing anymore and that's not even to do with dude horribly trying to leech off of Ucey for the last few weeks. Seriously has anyone else noticed this? It's so bad lmao. One week dude was like WOW DID YOU..JUST SAY...BROOTI and in the match tonight dude was like OOOH I'M FEELING UCEY. Dude no you aren't you're anxious and wired and need a baby aspirin.

{Spoiler}{Spoiler}According to WrestlingNewsCo (not a banned source according to the list), Roman's still set to be champ until at least WM but there will be focus on KO and Sami, with KO facing Roman at the Rumble and Sami facing Romat at EC before they team up to face the Usos.
So yeah, it's coming folks. That's about right.

I'm a big fan of Rock and Dwayne but this would be the worst possible outcome, and based on his professionalism in his own career, I really hope Dwayne would be better than this. The match is enough. He doesn't need the title. I know he beat Punk in 2013, but that was ultimately to drop it to Cena.

I just cannot see the new regime doing this.
I could maybe see The Rock being the one who keeps any interference from happening, sure, but there's only 2 ways Roman's title reign ends in my opinion: Cody, or Bronn. 80/20 in favor of Cody.

If I had one critique about all this. KO comes out of this still feeling like he has places you go.
Feuding with Roman and co really hasn’t done much for Drew and the Brawling Brutes. Looking at where they were even a couple of months ago, this Bloodline stuff has stalled their momentum if anything. Drew especially has fallen off HARD since the UK show.

It's like Scott Hall said, if you are a babyface and don't win, you are f***ed. Drew needed to win that match in Cardiff, and he didn't. His PPV record since WM37 has not been good and his feud with Mr Carcass was awful. Not sure where Drew goes from here.

It just sucks there was that long stretch of no development. This story has a had a great beginning and will probably have a great ending but the middle was kind of boring.

They've really protected him since he debuted and Cole was really harping on him costing Drew the title.

And it feels like this Bloodline stuff has cooled him down. He felt very unimportant in that match, which is weird because this feud started with the USO’s taking out Sheamus?

He needs to gain some of his edge back In regards to a feud, him and GUNTHER works. GUNTHER is basically playing with house money as champion so he can take an L and still be fine (as I would have him lose and get it right back if anything) but Drew could use some matches with him to give him a reset

So I just did some calculating. If Roman drops the belts night 2 of Mania, he'll have been Universal Champion one day longer than the ENTIRETY of the time between Triple H being awarded World Heavyweight Champion in 2002, and losing the belt to Batista in 2005.
A time considered especially boring for Raw, especially the last year or so when another boring wrestler leading a karmaless stable won the Smackdown belt.
History doesn't repeat, it rhymes.

Tall main eventer who can get slotted in the ME or elsewhere. I’m down for a feud with Solo though. Solo is my shit, that man (like Jey, honestly) could be their own singles attraction coming out of this.

I almost see them having a match at WrestleMania if they will drag it out that long which they might lol. If nothing else it might be a nice hard hitting match.
