Jillian Hall was a women's champion for a matter of minutes before being beaten by Melina. But she's in the history books nonetheless!

As legendary as he is, Arnold Skaaland had only one championship in his entire career, a one month United States Tag Team title reign with Spiros Arion. And he didn't even win it, he was "awarded" it after Arion's original tag partner Antonio Pugliese left the company.

The farther back you to the harder it was to win a title. Far less belts. Far less tv shows. Far less PPVs.
Its more surprising that someone could spend two years in WWE today and not win one than a decade in the 80s/early 90s.
Like…I don’t think Mustafa Ali ever won anything in 7 years of modern WWE. Far more surprising than Jake Roberts. there were only three belts…he didn’t have a tag partner…and was never the top babyface. He really only had one belt he could even go for.

Hercules Hernandez was in the Fed for seven years and pushed at one point as a poster child of the Heenan family, yet never won a WWE title.

Hercules Hernandez was in the Fed for seven years and pushed at one point as a poster child of the Heenan family, yet never won a WWE title. There really wasn't a good spot for him to win one though. The only championship he MIGHT'VE had a chance at was the IC title, which was the workhorse belt, and had a variety of guys who were better suited/more over to compete for it. If the company was committed to keeping their momentum going, him and Paul Roma could've had the tag title reign the Nasty Boys had. It would've also been Slick's only time managing a champion.

Osamu Kido's only belt was a IWGP Tag reign with Akira Maeda

In the 4 years he spent in WCW, Psicosis held the Cruiserweight title twice for a combined total of 7 days. One of the reigns was 0 days - he supposedly "won the title at a house show" from Lenny Lane, but what actually happened was Lane was about to get WCW in trouble with the GLAAD, so they pulled him from TV, put the belt on Psicosis, and had him immediately lose the belt to Disco Inferno (who was scheduled to go over Lane himself that same show). Psicosis had been promised a cruiserweight title reign for unmasking, and this is what WCW called the reward title reign Didn't he also have to drop a belt on behalf of Juvi for some reason at some point?

Yep. Psicosis was allied with Juvi at the time, and Juvi (and Jerry Flynn) got arrested for drunk driving. Juvi had just won the IWGP title from Liger, and since Liger had to go back to Japan as the champion, WCW had Psicosis lose the belt in Juvi's stead.
To make things worse for Psicosis, NJPW now recognizes Juvi as a former champion, but not him.

Damien Sandow has exactly one tag team title on his WWE record from his stunt double run with Miz, and he never once actually held the physical belt.

It's quite surprising that Chris Masters never held a title during his WWE runs.
Considering how heavily pushed he was at the time, I'd have thought he would have at least had an IC Title reign.
For some reason I keep thinking him and Carlito were Tag Champs but nope that never happened either.

IWGP Jr. Heavyweight Championship. He had to wrestle and drop the belt to Jushin Liger after Juvi got injured. Mind you, the 1st switch wasn't even approved by NJPW. Russo's bullshit strikes again!

For some reason I keep thinking him and Carlito were Tag Champs but nope that never happened either. It should have happened, but I guess Vince wanted the tag titles to go to the Spirit Squad. The Smackdown titles were a little better suited for Masters and Carlito, but unfortunately they were on the other show. It's a shame because I liked them as a team, they had a great dynamic. They should have won them at WrestleMania from Big Show and Kane.

I find it surprising The Godwins had two tag team title reigns that totalled 9 days. First reign was a week, second reign was two days. And later on, Mideon had a one month European title reign where he didn't even win the belt, he found it in Shane McMahon's gym bag.

Despite being hailed as a "manager of champions" Captain Lou Albano himself was only a champion himself for two weeks in his entire career. He won the WWWF United States Tag Team Championship with Tony Altamore in July 1967.
