The only reason it was even said was because Punk was telling the dirtsheets a story about him trying to do a leadership on Perry. Either we draw the line at who made it physical, or we draw the line at where this whole topic became public in the first place, which was Punk telling the story two months after it happened to try and score points while negative news was coming out about him.

The worst part about this is that another Punk incident has become the main discussion point about another good AEW ppv. Nah, I'm not going to believe the "hey guys Punk is so cool and awesome and wasn't in any of the wrong" takes nor am I believing the "Jack wasn't in the wrong" takes either. At the end of the day this keeps happening with Punk so they need to do something about it. Tony should have fired his ass but he's as big of a Punk fanboy as his extremist fans are trying to be like "well Punk is ok now guys" here knowing Punk did all that shit and he shouldn't be in the company now. Both these dudes are doing shit they shouldn't be doing. Jack doesn't have a history of it but Punk does.
