that's too far imo. i think everyone on the planet should go to therapy if available but there's a huge difference between sensitivity training and demanding your employee go to a required therapist if they don't want it

Yeah, I'd say anger management and maybe some courses on conflict resolution, but psychotherapy needs to be a voluntary thing.

Huge difference, anger management is more about a basic form of coping mechanisms for stressful situations, and psycho therapy is usually more of an extreme form of behavioral modification, finding out the root cause of your behavior so you can make a more major adjustment.
