No, TK is not worse at keeping a locker room under control than Vince or Bischoff. I would argue the fact he's willing to suspend his top guys for these incidents shows he's better. Most of the things I listed didn't actually end up getting punished. The Punk stuff (while immature) gets more attention because of the social media era we live in.
