This is Going to Hurt There are so many sad moments but {Spoiler}{SPOILER: CLICK TO SHOW}Shruti’s suicide. Adam’s speech in the final episode about the pressure on Doctors and the high suicide rate was also really moving. More people need to watch this show, it’s comedy/drama at its finest. |

There's so many sad and bittersweet moments from the main storyline of Final Fantasy XIV: Endwalker that literally had me crying. Just hearing certain songs after playing it still make me tear up because it made me remember certain scenes.
