Look, you're an adult now and I think it's time you know the truth about Santa...
He really likes to strip down naked and grease himself up so he can slide down those chimneys, even in the middle of winter. It's gross, disturbing, and somewhat troubling from a legal perspective, but he does it anyways and we just kinda go along with it.

Not only chimneys, but it probably also helps him get through the airducts in case he needs to escape from a space ship airlock before the doors into space open.

Santa gets all the attention, is featured in all the movies and advertising, but it's the elves who do the work. Santa works one night a year, those elves work all year round. And the one time there's a movie that's about and called Elf, he's not even a real elf!
