Snoopy had an inner monologue in the adaptation of “Snoopy the Musical” and he was voiced by Cameron Clarke. So whenever I read Peanuts comics, he always sounds in my head like Leonardo.

Robert Towers gave voice to Snoopy for the 1985 TV adaptation of "You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown". And is my go-to for his inner monologue.
