What are some job titles that sound important but are basically meaningless? Its for a Grad School project.

I once had a job where my title was Floor Specialist.
I pushed a buffer around a nursing home for 4 hours a day.

My local food store had a "cart manager" title. (but it was for good intentions, as said manager was a disabled member of their crew who did help organize the shopping carts)

Every year that passes the titles I see in IT get more and more over the top. I know IT Techs that get paid more and have more important duties than Senior IT Directors. But maybe that's just because I'm in Government. And I know two SITD's that can't use their own PC. yes they are related to the elected officials in charge. I also love the fact that they are "Director" yet there are multiple of them. And they answer to an Administrative Assistant.
