And this crowd doesn't give a shit because they didn't actually get this match, won't see it live, and didn't actually get to see John Cena live, lmfao I LITERALLY JUST ALL HEARD THEM POP They popped for Cena accepting, the ending of it all just seemed to have them all standing around because well, that was it The crowd honestly tried to stay hot all night, they're a good crowd and I commend them |

You aren't ganging up on me, the crowd also booed when they realized the match wasn't happening tonight earlier. They popped for Cena accepting but also seemed kinda bummed that they didn't and aren't going to see this match, which I think is fair, I'd be bummed too |

To be fair, they did loudly boo when the match was booked for Tampa earlier. I think they sort of begrudgingly accepted it by the main event.

Here are my Smackdown Thoughts: Love Michael Cole's tribute to Jon Huber on his birthday, with "It's Friday & You Know What That Means". Liv Morgan & Tegan Nox VS as an incredible #WomensTagTitles Match. Who was that masked woman? I love mysteries. #Smackdown #DBWL Great videos on GUNTHER & Ricochet to make their IC Title Match feel special. I still think the rumors about Riddle are complete BS. They wouldn't highlight someone that was suspended. Sami Zayn looks snazzy. Another fun segment with him & The Usos. What did Bray Wyatt do to LA Knight & how did Knight escape? Awesome segment. LA Knight's promo was excellent. Bray Wyatt was awesome. Loved the "Yeah, Yeah, Yeah" Tribute to Jon Huber. I can't believe what we saw with Uncle Howdy being there in person. I am speechless. I won't be able to watch Tribute to The Troops live tomorrow, but once I do watch it, I will have my thoughts & this page will be updated. The Tribal Chief has arrived. I love Adam Pearce kicking Ludvig Kaiser & Giovanni Vinci out before the match begins. All of a sudden Ricochet is being billed from Las Vegas. They never said where he lived before tonight. Also, they don't know how to count. GUNTHER has been IC Champion for 189 Days as of Smackdown, not 187. Ricochet VS GUNTHER was a banger (Sorry Sheamus). Matches like this is why sites should not do Match of The Year Polls early. Then, you can't vote for matches like this that happen at the end of the year. Braun Strowman made the save for Ricochet. I guess we're getting Ricochet & Strowman VS Kaiser & Vinci next week. Good segment with Jimmy Uso talking to Roman Reigns with Solo Sikoa & Paul Heyman looking on. Wow. Becky Lynch VS Bayley on Raw Monday along with Dexter Lumis VS The Miz in a Ladder Match. Raw will be a good one. Great segment with Adam Pearce, Roman Reigns, & Paul Heyman. Please make John Cena Kevin Owens' Mystery partner against Roman Reigns & Sami Zayn as the final match of 2022. That would be the best Smackdown ever & Cena can get his 1 match in for 2022. Awesome video. But it is not the 20th Anniversary of Tribute to The Troops. It is the 19th anniversary, but the 20th Edition. Since when did the Triple Threat Tag Match between Hit Row, Viking Raiders, & LDF become a #1 Contender's Match? I thought it was just a Triple Threat Match to settle the 3-Way feud. I love it that it now has more stakes than just bragging rights. Hit Row VS Legado Del Fantasma VS was a fun Triple Threat Match when Top Dolla wasn't in the ring. He should have not been brought back. I don't know if I want to see Hit Row VS The Usos. It might not be good. Great segment with Raquel Rodriguez getting hurt again by Shayna Baszler & Ronda Rousey. It was even better since Ronda didn't say a single word. I hope they keep her like that. And it's going to be another Gauntlet. Really? Awesome. It wouldn't be a Christmas Episode of Smackdown without a Miracle on 34th Street. That will be fun. Looking forward to reading the spoilers later tonight when they go up. Awesome segment. They didn't even wait until next week to announce it. Roman Reigns was great. Sami Zayn was awesome. And my dream is coming true. John Cena will be Kevin Owens' partner. Thank you Wrestling Gods (Not JBL & Baron Corbin) It will be Reigns' 1st Smackdown match since he defeated Riddle on June 17 & will be Cena's 1st Smackdown match since he & Becky Lynch defeated Andrade & Zelina Vega on January 1, 2019. Here are my Smackdown Match Rankings: 1) Ricochet VS GUNTHER 2) Liv Morgan & Tegan Nox VS Damage CTRL 3) Hit Row VS Legado Del Fantasma VS The Viking Raiders What a fun Smackdown. I loved every single thing except for the Tag Team Triple Threat Match & all of its botches. The best best segments was the Knight/Wyatt Segment & the Closing Segment. Enjoy watching 2 horrible things now: Jon Moxley almost getting his ear ripped off on AEW Rampage & Lash Legend in action on NXT Level Up. I'm watching a Blue Bloods rerun. |
