Bischoff isn't exactly wrong. Flair and the Horsemen were names in the southeast among rasslin fans and people who read Apter mags, but they weren't draws anywhere else. It's also true that the level of national exposure they received working for Bischoff was far more significant than any they'd had before. Of course Bischoff is full of shit to say he "MADE" Flair but I'm sure he knows that. Dude went into full Easy E heel character when Conrad called him out over it. Both major promotions released Flair in the space of two or three years despite having time left on his deals, knowing he'd go straight to the competition. Given how petty and cutthroat Vince is, that says it all, really.
