After The Elite and Death Triangle put on another banger, I was curious to see what matchups had the most great matches. To me, The Young Bucks and Lucha Bros have to be considered.
Who else should be considered? I thought Jericho and Mysterio could be a good one. Anytime they wrestled was awesome and both have been around so long to do it many times.

Lots of obvious ones that could be named. However, I discovered a new one (for me), just recently while watching through WCW '97.
Flair vs. Waltman. I'm even going to give most of the credit to Waltman, because he did such a great job at getting heat on himself and then going out and making Flair look like the man all those southern rasslin fans wanted to see. They had 3-4 matchups, as I recall, and great chemimstry.

Okada/Tanahashi, Aj Styles/John Cena, Misawa/Kawada and Ric Flair/Randy Savage come to mind with me for stars who had matches where some were better than others, but I never saw a disappointing encounter from the two.

Misawa & Kobashi vs. Kawada & Taue. Eight matches, as I recall one or two were never recorded, every one is worth seeing and one of them is the second best match of all time in my opinion.
If you include singles matches that happened during this tag feud, like Misawa/Kawada in 94 and 95, Misawa/Taue in 95, and Kobashi/Kawada in 95, this group is untouchable in my view. Even moreso if you count the Misawa & Akiyama team's continuation of the feud and dynamic with Kawada & Taue.

My boss and I were talking about this a while back, and we both agreed that anytime Keith Lee took on Dijakovic in NXT, it always delivered

Shawn Michaels vs. Kurt Angle. Their matches in 2005 were awesome. Wrestlemania 21, Vengeance 2005, and Raw Homecoming, they never disappointed.

Probably Flair-Steamboat. While some would save their full effort for PPV/TV, they apparently also regularly wrestled a bunch of classic 30-60 minute matches on live events even if the crowd wasn't big.
For instance, on March 18 1989 they wrestled two matches on the same day with both supposedly being great. Meltzer:

Misawa vs. Jun Akiyama was another guaranteed banger. Especially I think it was the April 1998 match where they open just hitting bombs on each other.

Dynamite Kid vs Tiger Mask and RVD vs Jerry Lynn are certainly worth mention.
Rock and Triple H tended to deliver, as well.
