The Savage/Flair match from 1992 where Flair won back the title. According to Flair's book, Vince actually ordered Bobby Heenan to go to the ring and stop the match, then reprimanded them backstage before restarting the match later that night.

Wendi Richter vs. Spider Lady a.k.a The Original Screwjob, although it was pretty much designed to fall apart.
Kinda painful to watch Wendi try to continue on with the match after the phantom 3-count.

Inoki straight up ran to the rail during a Sylvester Turkay/Luke Gallows match, forced them to go home, and smacked both dudes upside the head at an IGP show because it had gotten so far off the rails

That Charlotte Flair vs. Nia Jax match that collapsed completely and just became uncomfortable.

That match is even worse on the rewatch.

Here's one that hasn't been mentioned, Antonio Inoki vs The Great Antonio
Inoki tried to work with the dude for like 2 minutes and after it became very clear he was simply going to no sell all of his offense, and then gave him stiff forearms to the back of the neck, be beat the absolute shit out of him until the ref called for the bell and a very legit TKO
The lesson being... don't ever piss Inoki off.

Triple H vs Scott Steiner. Scott came back from injury too fast in an effort to try to not miss out, and Triple H with his own injuries was in no position to adequately carry him. It probably would have been a mismatch at the best of times, but the timing could hardly have been worse.

I remember quite a few years ago when 2CW was running fairly regularly and put on a show that was free to stream. IIRC, it was a fairly decent show, 'til the main event. Was the Crist brothers against another team who I can't remember offhand. To this day I don't know the specifics, but the match didn't even get started before it completely fell apart. Whole situation was odd.
