I think you're missing the most likely option, honestly, which is they sell, Vince has some sort of chairman title but still lets HHH, Steph and Nick run day-to-day. Dude's still under federal investigation and who knows what else is going to come out.

Vince wins, resumes complete control, mass firings, TV show becomes worse than ever. Ratings decline by approx 300-400k. WWE remains a company worth billions. Vince either sells now and retires as a horrendously rich man or he continues on and only sells when the lawsuits start to get intractable.
