New Japan is reformatting Strong starting with The Valley Show. Where every week they'll show series of matches from big NJOA Shows.
Don't know about this, that makes it so they only do shows once a month now and also reduces the amount of dates for talent can get working for them.

I’m fine with the changeover for STRONG, as the tapings had some issues between the delayed rollout featuring out-of-date commentary (and sometimes alliances) and them having to fill up the shows with Rocky’s buddies from the California indies.
Hypothetically this should improve the overall brand by making New Japan bring some names over for US events and keeping time with what’s happening overseas. It could also mean that post-SSE LA and the Collision events that they plan to hold more big shows to ensure that they have enough content for STRONG in-demand weekly. Tamashii now looks like the blackhole offshoot where cards are full of locals and nothing matters (looking at you, Fale’s Rogue Army).
