The Liver King farce does have to do with him. As it has to do with many to most Marvel and DC actors who suddenly turn up super jacked, yet claim they did it by eating more bland food than pro bodybuilders and training twice a day. It is ok to not tell the truth. It is not ok to lie when it can and will affect the health of people trying to copy their routines.
The Rock's diet seems stock full of protein, but is their any good source of fat? Are you allowed to cook with oil?
Who are they lying to tho? They aren’t selling supplements or telling you to do this to get this body. They tell you they to have to do a lot to T work to get that body and keep it. They aren’t selling you on anything.as soon as he starts selling supplements then he can come clean but until then it’s nobody else business It is the audience's business when they make it their business by speaking about it. Sometimes reactively, sometimes even actively. When they do interviews and get asked the question whether they take any drugs (they are mostly asked for steroids and on a technicality could be right by denying taking them), I often don't blame them lying. But when it's a puff piece and they could easily just tell them what questions not to ask? When they go out of their way to tell anecdotes illustrating why they're supposedly natural? That irks me when they use their general social media to show off how they train and how they diet, because it will leave an impression especially on young men, but also on older men who never got into fitness. It is likely to find YouTube videos and articles where celebrity trainers break down what they claim to be the routines of their clients - and most of them I've seen are unsustainable, expensive, often unhealthy garbage.
Most pro bodybuilders will readily admit nowadays that they take PEDs. They may not talk about it, but they don't claim to be natural. That is why you don't see videos like "Do this training plan and this diet plan to look like Chris Bumstead", because it is clear that it's not the key to superhuman growth. Bodybuilding can afford being open about drugs. Everyone knows the athletes are taking it, so there's no money to be lost in big scandals. The movie industry still tries to look clean. Some actors just go with it and some actors go out of their way to even promote it.
Edit: Don't get me wrong. I think it is a fine challenge to try Rock's diet and maybe a typical training plan of his for a month. Especially when modified to your own needs. It is always great to learn more about your body, how it reacts to certain diets and to certain training stimulus.

I feel bad for The Rock's toilet, especially after a cheat day.
