Even though I don't watch the product that much outside of maybe NXT and a PPV every now and then (that's before and even after Triple H was in charge), it was a good time with not only the product getting better but seeing everyone have a fun time, actually enjoying the show. It's a f***ing shame how things have turned out. No idea how things are going to go, but wrestling fans, it has been an honour. Let's post about what we enjoyed during the last 6 months or so. I'll start by shouting out our favourite group of sexy, bisexual goths.

With a brief amount of time and still feeling like we never got to the actual plans (I thought around post WM we'd see the true HHH booking plans flourish) like SO much was fixed by HHH's creative and you could tell the mood among wrestlers and morale was immediately so much better without Vince.
Some highlights off the top of my head: -The most insanely fun Brock/Reigns match and their best since WM31 -War Games on the main roster -Michael Cole being happy -Judgment Day going from an F-tier act to carrying Raw -week to week storytelling improving (see like something simple like how they booked Ricochet and Braun going from rivals to friends)

Yeah, it wasn’t like the shows were suddenly rock solid good, but you could tell it was like a cloud had lifted and everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves and the viewers could sense it as well. No constant backstage rewrites and chaos just good vibes.
Vince sucks

It feels apt that the last Raw before this news broke had so much Judgment Day on it. Though it's wild in itself that this whole excellent direction they've taken may very well not have happened without Rhea getting hurt the night they turned on Edge. Had she not, she probably would have just lost clean to Bianca at MITB so they could get back to Bianca/Becky again. By the time she returned in her Papi shirt, things had already changed and there was more room for them as performers.

In all honesty, not much really changed.
Raw is still a chore to sit through. There's no stories, every match is too long and has no meaning and half the roster had no character or gimmick.
I know we like to shit on Vince and rightfully so but let's not pretend it was like the Attitude Era or even the Ruthless Aggression Era when he was gone.
The best thing HHH did was give Theory and Riddle their first names back.
If Vince wasted Theory's MITB cash in on the US Title, he would've got absolutely destroyed. But HHH somehow got away with that woeful decision.

I usually just watch the Top 10 Moments on YouTube and then the PPVs. I tried watching Raw Live and it was just an absolute chore to sit through. Matches lasting 3 commercial breaks and then at the end you're thinking to yourself "Well... Nothing happened this week again." I remember Raw was must watch TV. If you missed an episode, you would be lost. Now? You can miss 6 months of TV and nothing will have happened. The biggest problem is the lack of storylines. The only storyline is Sami and the Bloodline. That's it. The rest aren't storylines. "I don't like you" isn't a story. "I want your title" isn't a story. That's just lazy.

The screwed up thing is, Triple H tried to do the right thing by the product and kept things stable, easing new talents back into the company and keeping most of the characters and such the same, as opposed to going scorched earth and going with like all new champions everywhere. I somehow doubt Vince would show the same courtesy.

And we never got to see how Cody would be used under a HHH regime (All of Cody's comeback run was under Vince, and anything after he comes back will also be under Vince).

I love that HHH takes over and immediately gives us the most entertaining Lesnar vs. Reigns match in their best of 700 series. That was making a statement, and I loved it. Judgment Day being f***ing awesome. The rise of Dominik, and the smart idea of putting him in a veteran group while working on his weaknesses. Michael Cole finally being allowed to breathe, and provide his best work (and makes you really feel for the guy with how much we shit on him now that we know what he was capable of). Was it perfect? No, of course not. I will forever be perplexed by the booking of Damage CTRL, but the above two examples are infinitely better than "oh, Theory and Riddle got their first names back"

Other than the period where someone was re-debuting every week - I'm not sure many people would've noticed any real change. For the most part there has always been a couple of really entertaining acts on the shows, diluted by hours of filler and then the PPVs are good.

I doubt that under Vince we get Gunther's recent incredible TV run of IC title matches. Bro put on clinics with Sheamus, Rey, Ricochet and Nakamura in the last few months
