It's weird being an NFC East team fan. Like, I'm really happy that three of the four teams in the division made it to the playoffs and the Commies had a real chance of being the fourth until Week 17. On the other hand, I hate all the other teams in the division with a passion and want nothing but misery for them. Emphatically true!

Things that have happened since the last time that the Cowboys made it to the NFC Championship game: - Packers, Eagles, Steelers, and Chiefs broke Super Bowl droughts - Cleveland got a team back - Houston lost a team and got one back - WCW and ECW got bought - Tom Brady went to more Super Bowls and won more than the Cowboys had in their entire existence - Red Sox and Cubs broke their curses - The team that started the Cowboys' long period of futility went to two Super Bowls - Dallas Stars and Dallas Mavericks won titles in their leagues - UPN and WB merged Lots more but this is a sampler. Brock Purdy was born, raised and beat the Cowboys.

On the other hand, I hate all the other teams in the division with a passion and want nothinig but misery for them. The NFC East is THE spite division more than any other, probably in all of sports. We've been together since 1961, actively screwed each other over and go out of the way to enjoy each other's misery. The only thing we can enjoy together is that 3 of the teams has beaten Brady in the playoffs.

Might have to turn off the internet for a bit lol. We getting roasted into Bolivian I hear good things about Bolivian roast cuisine tho, even better than Brazilian BBQ. I'll add one more: Patriots had only been to 1 conference title game in the same time frame of the Cowboys' dominant years. Since then, New England has played in 14 of them! (But Dallas still has more visits all time, playing in 16 of them when NE has only played in 15. )

Brock Purdy was born, raised and beat the Cowboys. Let's toss in some NFC East ones for extra fun. The Eagles have been to seven NFC Championships (including this years) and the Super Bowl twice, winning once. The Giants have to three NFC Championships and the Super Bowl twice, winning both times. The Commanders......wow, they've been terrible for a long ass time.
