So what is going to happen here? Is this the end of Sami in the bloodline? Does the Rock return or atleast do a video promo?
Well, it looks like the segment has potentially changed

Said in another thread but I'd have Sami bring in Rock as a surprise to acknowledge Roman, only for Rock to embarrass him causing more tension in the Sami/Bloodline fued.

I don't think they'll kick Sami out yet but he might say or do something that sets the groundwork for the belts being split.

Plans changed according to PW Insider:
There has been a major creative change for this Monday's Raw 30, PWInsider.com can exclusively confirm.
Initially, Monday's Raw in Philadelphia was to feature a Bloodline Acknowledgment Ceremony that would include a number of members of that dynasty's past generations, including Afa, Sika, Rikishi and Samu appearing.
The Acknowledgment Ceremony angle has been dropped from Raw plans this Monday. In its place, based on what occurred on last night's edition of Friday Night Smackdown, we are told that Sami Zayn will instead be going before a Tribal Court in Philly for the "Trial of Sami Zayn "

Sami is a dead man. They’ve done too many teases for this not to be it. I feel like they will put Sami out of commission and he makes a surprise return at the Rumble to save KO from a post match beating

I think there’s still legs in Sami somehow f***ing up in the Rumble and then getting kicked out. I don’t think kicking him out pre-Rumble accomplishes much of anything. 🤷🏻♂️

With it being a big anniversary show it's possible The Bloodline turn on him here but I still think it's more likely they hold off the extra week and do it the Smackdown after the Rumble.
I can maybe see Roman giving him one more chance at the end of this trial and ordering him and the others to enter the Rumble and work together to win it only for miscommunication to happen during the match and shit finally hits the fan.

If this is true, then I think it points further to The Rock NOT working Mania. Because the original segment sounded tailor made to begin the Roman vs. Rock stuff.
This change, feels like it could start the build to Roman vs. Sami at EC (as has been reported) instead.

I lost 3 party members while trying to caulk the wagon and ford the river on the trail of Sami Zayn.

"Sami, I'm sorry, but I find you GUILTY...of being a cool guy who is my best friend."

I assume the “Elders” wind up being the jurors or something and Sami lives to see another day. I don’t think they’ll pull the trigger just yet. I think they just changed it so that people aren’t woefully disappointed when Rock doesn’t show up.

I think much like the Festival of Friendship the twist will come at the very end with Sami thinking nothing is amiss.

I don’t see them turning on Sami yet because it’d have more impact if it happens under less obviously perilous circumstances. I think it’s more likely something happens at the Rumble to lead to them turning on him for real.
That said part of this makes me wonder if plans changed to have Sami win the Rumble. Would certainly explain giving him specifically such a prominent spotlight in the marketing for the Raw anniversary.

I think it’s going to turn into a segment where the Elders approve of Sami and we get some comedy. I don’t think this is the turn. I think it’s just to avoid people losing it when Rock doesn’t show. Sami vamping and doing his thing is an excellent way to keep a crowd from being annoyed.

If the plan is to do Roman vs. Sami at EC in Sami’s hometown as has been rumored. Then the turn has to happen relatively soon.
