A Final Four with no former World Champions?

There are plenty of relevant guys in this Rumble, I think it would be neat to have a Final Four composed of people who had never won the World/WWE/Universal Championship before.

If they did that, I could see Solo and Jey or Jimmy grappling Cody against the ropes, trying to force him over the top after he'd had one of them dead to rights. Sami would rush over and send Cody over, maybe with his running kick, but in the process sends the other two over the top rope, too. He'd insist he'd seen they were in trouble and was just trying to make sure the Bloodline won the Rumble, but that through him, hey, they did.

This is probably the easiest one to do it in with how much newer talent there is plus guys who never have held the big strap

The only one I could see making the final four that was a champion, barring/praying Brock doesn't ruin another Rumble, is likely McIntyre, Rollins or Lashley.

Sami, Cody, Jey and Gunther would be the most compelling final four in this case IMO
