I think there is a good chance Roman loses both belts at Mania, now we need a new first time world champ after this and I think these two guys are it. Who would you rather win the world title? I’d rather have LA Knight win it. He is everything needed in a top guy. I’m shocked at the fact that Vince doesn’t like him because it seems like the type of guy he’d push

Sheesh, you don’t make it easy.
LA Knight has the edge on the mic. But Gunther might be WWE’s best hand in the ring.
If push comes to shove, no pun intended, I’m giving the slightest edge to Gunther, because every match he’s had since becoming Intercontinental Champion has been an absolute banger. LA Knight, on the other hand, would be based on potential, granted there’s a lot of potential there.

if I have to pick one or the other it's gotta be Gunther.
Maybe LA Knight is a better promo? But otherwise Gunther is the total package and doesn't really need to do anything to look like a threat, dudes got a presence you can't teach.

If they keep going at the pace they’re at? LA Knight. I doubt either is ready to actually win the damn thing post-mania, so Knight getting a whiff and losing could ultimately help him.
Kind of want them to take their time with Gunther. He’s also got age on his side in comparison with Knight.
Edit: aw shit, op said “win”, not just challenge. Yeah..Gunther.

Gunther. I just don't get LA Knight. Middling wrestler, overrated promo. When did the "Hey, dummy!" guy become touted as "a great promo"?

Knight. Dude is getting that pic of HHH holding all the titles push. He can then add Y2Cheap and Kung Pow Bitch to his arsenal

LA Knight probably. I can see them doing more with him than they could with Gunther. Plus Gunther just doesn't have that aura to him anymore.

I thought Knight was going to click on the main roster, but his run is giving Mr. Kennedy vibes, where he perfect on paper but something is missing.
Walter is fine, but he feels like he’s always one week away from turning into the Sprockets guy from SNL or Kozlovs frozen in ice son.
I give the edge to Knight… slightly.

LA Knight is good for a short reign, Gunther is best for a long reign. And given how long Roman's reign is, it should take Gunther quite some time to get the belt.

Both need to keep getting pushed and behind Roman the 2 guys in my opinion Carrying SD.
I'm giving Knight the slight edge. Guy is making a unwatchable angle with Bray somewhat watchable and I mean that in the best way possible for Knight. I feel bad for the guy every week. After the rumble he needs to be away from Bray.

Gunther could easily be world champion before the end of the year and believably beat anyone.
LA Knight to me is like 2018 Elias. A great character who gets a ton of TV/mic time but if he got a main event push I'm not sure he'd be able to deliver in 20 minute PPV main event matches every month which you kind of have to do these days.

LA Knight is one of those guys I've never been huge on, but he's doing well. He's someone who could be a world champion, but I feel like he'd maybe be an ideal US champion in a post-Mania draft shakeup.

LA Knight could be a really good Miz, Gunther could be a really good Brock. Push Gunther.

Probably Gunther as I feel he's more ready.
But LA Knight is so good. He's quickly becoming my favourite thing in WWE.

LA Knight's mic work and charisma is star quality. If they get behind him, then he's going to be a very popular babyface.
