I was thinking about Ultimate Spider Man. Bendis thought it was unrealistic in 2000 for a teenager to have a freelance photographer job at a newspaper. Probably true. But he gave Parker a job as a website editor/IT for the Bugle. IMO it is far more dated for a teenager to be in charge of the website for a major newspaper than selling some pictures.
Any other good examples?

Haven't seen them in a long time but I'm guessing most from the late 90s and early 2000s. Godzilla, Charlie's angels, Batman and Robin etc (The Mummy doesn't count). Probably even Star Wars.
Like you say anything tech related tends to age worse than if it's not in there at all. Same with most SFX.

Backdoor Sluts 9 was a fine movie but the CGI was laughable compared to the practical effects of 1-7... and let's not talk about 8.

This one is purely subjective, but the original Dr. Slump anime aged better probably than the late '90s Dr. Slump series. The latter toned down the '80s of it all, yes, but that look came back into style. The late '90s version, on the other hand, looks comparatively drab, like getting rid of Arale's purple hair in favor of brown, for whatever reason, or the odd choice to base Midori's new look on Jodie Foster, for some reason.
I mean, it still looks perfectly acceptable, but while both are technically "dated", the original one feels considerably more en vogue.

That bizarre Bomberman reboot on the 360 feels like it has to be mentioned out of a sense of desperate obligation. Grimdark, Mid-00s edgelordiness that was already out of style when the game dropped and has gotten worse with age.

But you could squint your eyes and explain it as Jameson being behind the times and not wanting to waste a bunch of resources on a website. Now of course a website is essential and most likely more important than the print.
