I met Cody yesterday during a M&G at MSG and he’s the guy. He was super cool, took the time for everyone and got a huge pop during the show itself. It may not work for everybody, and that’s fine, but he’s definitely the guy.

I don't know why this shit sucked so much in AEW, but works so well in WWE. Because there's an end point for him in WWE. He's going for the main title, in AEW that stupid stipulation hurt him. In AEW everything had to be personal and emotional, with no chance of going after the World Title. Cody's got an end goal in WWE right now. |

I don't know why this shit sucked so much in AEW, but works so well in WWE. WWE presentation just works better for those shameless campy babyfaces. Not so much in AEW with Moxley’s CZW style and Eddie K and Tony’s ECW affection. |

I don't know why this shit sucked so much in AEW, but works so well in WWE. There were some elements in his AEW run that aren't here for the better like -No band of like 30 managers like waffle house menu Arn, inexplicably heel Brandi, a bunch of young boys -No needless random confusing shoots that don't make any sense -No playing with face or heel like none of that 'maybe...I *am* the heel...I WILL NEVER TURN HEEL THO" -Cody not going over people like Malakai that people want to see win -Cody actually integrated in the overall show's world not just being in the Codyverse |
