Thing is, I don't even think crowds are down on her... just indifferent. They really should have put Liv in this spot, say what you want, but the fans would have supported her to create an interesting story. If they just booked Asuka like a threat and did more with this storyline to make her seem like an actual threat, the crowds would care more imo. The way they book Bianca anymore is just exhausting Eh... Has Asuka ever really been not a threat though? Sure she's not NXT dominant, but that was an unrealistic expectation. She's always been booked and treated like someone worth a damn, at least imo. |

They could've put Liv in it, but it would be more of a risk of the crowd's turning on Bianca. The whole feud just screams build up a monster for your face to slay, except they forgot the buildup Asuka part. Except I don't even think Bianca is gonna slay this monster either. They did that already with Alexa sorta. Bianca's feuds just aren't interesting at all anymore, she never sells anyone as a threat and is completely shallow, character wise. I saw a post on reddit about this segment and it summed it up nicely. Asuka displayed more charisma in that segment than Bianca has over the past 8 months. You also have to ask if Bianca beats Asuka at Mania, will she ever lose? Because it means she will have ran over pretty much the entire division. And I don't think Liv is sniffing singles gold again any time soon, if ever after how bad her Smackdown title run was. |

Liv going over Bianca than leading to a latter heel turn, might have been the best option for everyone. |
