At the very least the WWE NWO parlayed both Hogan and HBK's comebacks, so that alone imo, is a major win here.

The nWo in 2002 at least was exciting for the first month before the whole angle fell flat afterwards, and to its credit, it did get a lot of people buzzing and we did get an iconic match out of it with Rock vs Hogan at Mania X8.
