If the company goes for decades it’s bound to happen that one day everyone will be gone or at least retired from in-ring competition.

I'd say Jungle Boy he seems happy in AEW unless WWE offer him a lot of money or if he's not really moving up in AEW and he wants a main event spot or something I can see him staying in AEW for a while

Maybe Britt, if for no other reason than the only way she'd ever go to WWE would be if she was no longer a dentist.

Not a day 1 talent, but I'm sure Miro will wait for creative to pitch ideas twenty years after AEW turned to dust, feeding a post-apocalyptic desert.

90 year old Jericho, still leading the JAS with Daniel Garcia Jr. and a cyborg Sammy Guevara

Orange Cassidy. Even decades after he retires, I'd be shocked if he wasn't coming on TV once a year Ron Simmons-style to kick someone in the shins. Plus his act probably wouldn't fully translate to WWE anyways

Not the last to leave necessarily but I don't see Britt working anywhere else. She seems legitimately proud of AEW and has a much better job as a dentist.

Does Daniels count given that he’s heading Talent Relations?

Probably QT Marshall. Both because he's a trainer there and because nowhere would want QT Marshall.

I'm wondering whose going to be the JTG guy who sticks around WAY longer than people would expect Michael Nakazawa. Brandon Cutler's probably going nowhere. That's why he's Brandon "Two Contracts" Cutler.

That's why he's Brandon "Two Contracts" Cutler. I pretty much expect them to be around as long as Kenny and The Bucks are + they have backstage jobs so they'll probably be there a while. I'm talking about a guy like Slim J somehow still cashing AEW checks 7 years from now.

I feel like one of the only ones who isn't a Big Name or staff would be, like, Peter Avalon, and even with him, I am unsure.

If we're talking last one to ultimately retire, I think Jungle Boy is a good bet for day one guys, he seems like he has the age to be around decades still and I don't see him going anywhere else.
