They ain’t do nothing with Red Velvet and Kiera Hogan. And it’s weird Layla Grey is still there when Jade didn’t want here there. And is Mark Sterling back ?

Mark never really left, he kinda just managed other people, then when Stokely left Jade, he floated more back to her
Leila earned her keep after she turned on Kiera, essentially Leila was more effective in doing her job, per storyline
Velvet came back from injury and essentially saw the way Kiera was treated and got out while she could, and tried to take the title with her, but came up short
I don't know why in reality they broke them up, I actually thought they were pretty fun in the few Trios/Tag matches they had, I guess they just decided it wasn't going like they wanted.
Not sure if there are injuries involved either since we haven't seen Kiera or Red on DARK or Elevations, and sometimes injuries can play a role there. I'd put them in the ROH Women's divisions if they don't have a current plan in AEW though, depth that division up a bit more.

I thought the Baddies were one of the best parts of her act, I have no idea why they did this

The Layla thing was weird then and it's even weirder now that she's the only one standing. There's just so little steam behind Jade's creative right now and it's a little exhausting because running on empty for a while longer isn't going to add anything to someone finally beating her.

I’m guessing they thought Velvet & Hogan could stand on their two feet and Leila couldn’t hence why she stayed with Jade.
But yeah it’s done nothing for Velvet & Hogan recently.

Because they have no idea what to do with Jade at this point.
The breakup was badly botched and Velvet and Hogan got NOTHING out of it in the end.

The story should've been Velvet or Kiera finally being the one to end the streak. But that didn't happen because reasons

Red Velvet and Kiera Hogan are out with injury/personal reasons.
I think they were trying to turn Jade to the babyface side but kinda stopped

To milk a couple extra mini feuds because apparently we have to wait for Kris Statlander to come back to beat Jade because Tony lost his eraser.
The whole thing with the Baddies started well. Jade calling for attractive fans (AKA, plants) to get special seating. A couple wrestlers start appearing in the Baddie section and eventually become her lackeys. It worked fine. Sadly, we need "tension" between teams. The break-ups were handled very poorly.
I don't even remember what caused Kiera to turn against Jade (Did she lose or something?) and her feud floundered to the point that I don't even remember where she lost to Jade.
I remember Red defending Kiera and it leading to nothing because they can't even get a tag team win over Jade/Lelia because they've made sure to include tag matches into Jade's undefeated streak. It's poorly handled. The whole daggone thing.
Jade Cargill is a fantastic talent for them. She's not a great wrestler but carries herself like the star she already is. She can be worked with in the right situation to get passable match that works the story at hand. Her mini-feud with Tay Conti did that rather well, complete with Jade cosplaying as a Mortal Kombat character to mock the opponent with a black belt in Judo (blue belt in Jiu-Jitsu). She played up her heel qualities and confidence and they two had a decent match that made that month of booking passable and not irritable.
The Baddies feuds were irritable.
I will say that I like the irony of the one who had to truly 'prove' herself to the group ended up being the top lackey and hanger on. I wish they'd pound little stuff like that home from time to time.

Tony totally dropped the ball on that entire thing, and it’s scary to think he’s about to drop it entirely with Jade too

Tony totally dropped the ball on that entire thing, and it’s scary to think he’s about to drop it entirely with Jade too I still think Jade can be salvaged, but I do think that if she can’t integrate with the rest of the women’s roster when she loses the TBS title (or his idea of integrating her is ‘put her on Dark/Elevation cause she’ll still green as dogshit’, then yeah I gotta chalk it up as a huge drop of the ball by Tony.
