The only thing about this is why you'd combine the companies.
UFC and Pro-Wrestling are two very different things, and it seems like they're also both big enough that trying to combine that could lead to anti-trust issues.
That seems like a silly decision, but maybe I'm just too dumb and ill informed to understand that plan.

Endeavour Fight Pass Network is gonna go so hard. You just fall asleep to Sunday Night Heat and wake up to Vitor Belfort kneeing a pussy on to Yves Edwards' forehead.

With WWE now having access to the footage how long until the Best of CM Punk in UFC DVD?

UFC and WWE have incredibly similar business models, bringing them both under one umbrella will eliminate a lot of corporate redundancy (and jobs)

As I understand it, Endeavor and WWE will merge WWE and UFC together, with Vince acting as an executive chairman while Dana White and Nick Khan will still manage UFC and WWE... so does it means that Vince becomes Dana's new boss ?

Vince and Dana under the same damn umbrella.
I can feel the 2nd and 3rd hand cocaine highs and assaults from here.

I wonder how many WWE fans would be willing to fork over $75 or $80 for a PPV after getting everything for $9.99 for a decade+ now?
Also UFC treats it’s fighters like crap and woefully underpays them.

That's how I'm reading it too, though I doubt Vince would have much real power under any new deal. Executive Chairmen don't tend to do much beyond advisory roles.

Endeavour buying WWE was always the most likely scenario, I feel. Most of the other options are "What would they do with it anyway", "That's an awful idea and the PR mess would be wild", or a combination of the two.
I will say the idea of Vince being back in charge (and presumably running Creative again, too) sounds... unfortunate.

Puts Nick Khan's comments earlier in the week in a different light I’m 100% not going to pay $80 to watch WWE shows, so hopefully no one is dumb enough to try that move.

vince mcmahon and dana white making any money is a worst case scenario IMO, a best case scenario would be both of them sent to Jupiter
