Codys sister is talking about Dwayne?
It's getting to the point where either EVERYONE is in on the work or the company's just that damn delusional.

Think about it for a second and again, not at all saying I'm right. In the slightest lol.
If he was turning heel, why would he separate Cody/the fans/"cody crybabies". If he was turning heel or shades of it, he wouldn't have ever made that split, the biggest split he'd ever do is saying Cody is good for this or that being passive aggressive and just say his fans are shitty. Stuff like oh he should abandon them or whatever. That's just a dude pissed off at how the discourse has gone, that's not a wrestling character?

For the sake of Rock's health it needs to be a multi-man match where the active wrestlers do most of the bumps.
He's 💯 getting injured 1 on 1.

Obviously, Rock getting hurt would suck tremendously, but the big main event of WrestleMania having to end abruptly due to a potential serious injury on Rock's part would be embarrassing.

I still think this is poking and prodding at the fans in a way that may not be wise, especially if it's not a work. Like, make-a-wish kids, The Wrestling Club and who knows what other kids want to go to WrestleMania to see Cody beat the bad guy, not Cody beat the other good guy. Maybe I'm overreacting at this point, but man. Just man oh man.

Hogan vs Austin also would've been a much bigger match in 1999 than we got at Wrestlemania XV

The only way this is the biggest main event in Mania history is if they have access to a time machine to bring Dwayne's body back to his Attitude Era or Hollywood Rock self.

Can someone please try and sell Rock / Roman without going, "Because they're related!" or, "Businessy business business"? Because I have yet to see a single explanation of how this match would even be watchable that hasn't leaned on one of those two things.

And maybe "business" is enough of a reason, but it's clear that in this very moment, all they're doing is getting their fans pissed. And it's not just the "internet" fans, either.

He's had 5 days (or much longer if you believe that crap about how he knew the backlash was coming) and the best he and academy award winning writer buddy Brian could come up with was "Cody crybabies" and some nonsense about mcnuggets?

I want to scream every time someone says "this story has been building for years" No it hasn't. They've been on camera together twice ever and not a single word has been said. And they're not even really related.

One of the biggest stars of the Attitude Era vs one of the biggest stars of the current era. Only problem is that it's 2024 and a lot of the kids and teenagers (and now college students!) who make up WWE's fanbase now weren't even alive for the Rock's run.

There’s an interesting story to tell of Rock coming in at the elders request to try and dethrone Roman, who has lost all control. Feel like that would’ve been better for last year’s Mania though when it really was at a point where the family turmoil was at its peak.

It would be a big main event, but I don't think it's even the biggest in Mania history. I'd still go with either Rock/Austin, Rock/Cena or even Rock/Hogan.

“I love Cody and most of his fans but only a few fans of his are crybabies” doesn’t sound like a coherent heel character to me. Nothing that has happened seems coherent. This entire saga has been anything but coherent.

Yeah, if this just straight-up leads to The Rock versus Roman Reigns one-on-one, and that's it, this is one of the bigger examples of WWE insulting its fanbase in recent memory. The Rock is basically saying, "This is the match, you'll shut up and like it, and if you don't like it, then you're just a whiny baby and we're still going to make money off it."

It would've been massive in Roman's first year of having the title but now we've reached the point where that title needs to move more than ever, years have been circled down the drain and they're doing this AFTER the dude became less of an action superstar. This is all 3 years late, at best.
