Now I’m going to be disappointed if Austin doesn’t show up. Bloodline: Roman Rock Jimmy Solo Faces: Cody Seth ? ? So there are two slots to fill. The question is who makes the most sense? Jey is definitely one. As for the other? Guys like KO and Sami have long moved on from the bloodline. Randy and LA? Don't really fit as perfectly but would work too. And the rest of the roster doesn't really have any anti-bloodline heat. So Austin should still work if they choose to as the 4 man.

I almost want Rock/Reigns to win Night 1 here. Bloodline’s gonna interfere regardless, so may as well sanction it, go full banana with the run-ins and party like it’s 1999.

Who would you like to interfere to make it really feel 1999? Here are Rock's closest enemies from 1999 who are not contracted to AEW: Steve Austin Triple H Mankind The Undertaker X-Pac Road Dogg Al Snow

I'd way rather Rock and Roman win. Much better sign for Cody's chances on night two and the climax of this storyline needs to be a crazy bullshit run-in-fest.

It's much more set up for Triple H to interfere than Austin but depending on how physical the spot is you could even have both with Triple H just getting rid of Heyman somehow.

Scott Hall w/pacemaker took a bump in 2015 in the Sting and Triple H match. So I wonder if HHH can still throw down a pedigree with his pacemaker inserted.

At most, Trips will hand Cody a sledgehammer or something and he uses it to hit Solo or whatever.

Get every f***in’ babyface and heel on the roster out there if you have to.

It's probably for the best if we don't find out. Keep Trips out of anything physical except give Cody his sledgehammer.

That would make a hell of a symbolic passing of the torch if Cody obtains sledgy.

Actually for this instance, I wouldn't mind the Bloodline be the ones who get outnumbered by the faces. Just subtly build Cody approaching like-minded faces to side with him in the background so that even when Rock/Roman win, viewers who've been paying attention in the weeks leading up to Mania realize that Cody is far from screwed.

Well Cody went from Hardcore Hollys partner to Ted’s partner, so a nice parallel would be Rocky switching sides

Did this piece of shit call Pharaoh “GOOFY-LOOKING”?!?!?!?!?!?!?!? Edit: Some are interpreting this as them teasing playing live for Cody at WrestleMania anyone who watched them in aew knows this is a threat. On a scale of Kid Rock concert to Hardy performance, how bad was it? It was atrocious. So yeah, most likely Roman & The Rock win. That way, Rock gets a W in his first match back and the stakes are raised for (what you would think) is Cody finally prevailing. But it does have me thinking Seth’s gotta be the fall guy. And you’d think he also loses the next night to Drew, which, damn man poor Seth lol As far as Austin goes, yea, I’m dying for that to happen too but they’d have to at the least hint at it. It’d be random AF if he just showed up out of nowhere. If Cody and Seth win night one, you’ve got to imagine Roman is retaining night 2.

Like you see him chatting with someone in the background or on the phone with an unknown person on the other end. Do this for the weeks leading up to Mania and pay it off after Rock/Roman likely win the tag match.

If Cody and Seth win night one, you’ve got to imagine Roman is retaining night 2. I don't want to imagine that come April 8th, Roman is still champion and his running on empty championship reign is still ongoing, and Cody bottled it. That would be an absolutely horrendous decision and pretty much kill off Cody as a top babyface.

On a scale of Kid Rock concert to Hardy performance, how bad was it? The lead singers voice about imploded after the chorus. This was also the moment Cody revealed his neck tattoo for the first time ever so... wow was it legendary for all the wrong reasons lmfao

Alternately if rock pins Cody in the tag, then Cody beats Roman the next night, that could give more fuel for the eventual rock/Roman.

There is a member of the Bloodline that just signed and has ties to Cody through NJPW and Bullet Club. Scott Hall w/pacemaker took a bump in 2015 in the Sting and Triple H match. So I wonder if HHH can still throw down a pedigree with his pacemaker inserted. Hunter has a full on defibrillator in his chest, not a pacemaker. I'm not saying a bump would kill him but they're not going to risk that going off because of one.
