Aliyah has got to be coming back soon. They are just saving her return for her to be the one to dethrone Bianca. There is no other way for this all to play out.

If they didn't allow Asuka to win it, then Iyo sure as hell shouldn't. That's just beyond insulting to Asuka after everything she has done for the company. She's not going to win anyway, there's a title unification at WM40 to come and WWE wants it's "Biggest two stars" to fight it out for the unified title. They aren't going to unify the titles. I wish people would stop saying this. As long as there is a brand split in place, they aren't going to unify the women's singles titles on the roster. It's pretty clear that Bianca/Rhea stareoff was just to set up a future match between them, not a unification match. Bianca will likely get moved to Smackdown in the draft, and then chase after Rhea for the SD Women's title, leading to a major match at either Summerslam or Mania. Or both. Especially since Charlotte is gone for the foreseeable future (until the end of the Summer at the earliest), according to PWInsider. Also as much as I want Asuka to win it, Iyo should win it just as much, as it will cement her as a main eventer and major player. Something WWE desperately needs now for the women.

It wouldn't be Jinder bad, but she hasn't been treated like a big deal singles-wise since she arrived to the main roster. She at least needs a winning feud first against the likes of Bayley or someone.

I mean the audience is clearly responding well to Iyo now, where that really can't be said for Bianca at this point (or Jinder during his run). It's clear fatigue has set in for Bianca as champion. Her running over Iyo wouldn't do either woman any good. It would just breed more contempt or indifference for Bianca, and harm Iyo, who is finally getting momentum. Her losing to Bianca would arguably do a ton of damage since everyone who has lost a feud against Bianca has ended up losing all of their momentum. Comparing Iyo's buildup to Jinder is pretty dire, especially since Jinder was only made champion in a very poor attempt to pander to India (and it didn't work).

yeah it's just time for Bianca to lose. she's turning into the face version of Jade Cargill where her reign just goes on interminably with nothing interesting happening and making people not care about the belt shes holding anymore.
also I think it's stupid as hell having two different world titles. unify those belts ASAP and introduce a midcard title. brand splits in general are idiotic.

Bianca makes kids happy. She also is really good in the ring and seemingly pretty wholesome in real life. I have no clue why you would take the title off her anytime soon, unless it's something huge like a super heel, or someone who is just as big of star in and out of the ring. IYO seems like a really bland choice to take Bianca's spot..

You take it off of her to make new stars , to give chances to the other women , to freshen up a stale Raw womens division , to tell new stories with new women. She does not need the title to make kids happy etc.

From an outside-looking-in perspective, I agree that having two separate "world titles" is asinine, and always has been, and it's all the more pronounced with WWE's women's division given that they don't have the sheer numbers or a high enough number of big names to sustain two separate belts that are meant to be equal in stature. That said, I also get that WWE's booking style and structure make title unification a choice with serious backfire potential, too; the few midcard women who do manage to break through sometimes for a shot at then Raw or SD belt likely don't get even a sniff of anything interesting to do in such a situation, unless they really focus on rethinking how to they handle their overall booking.
As for this, don't have a horse in this race as a non-watcher, but it all depends what they want for Io; if she's ticketed for a top spot, then having her dethrone a long-reigning babyface champ is a great way to get her there. Given how long Bianca's had the belt and how seemingly dominant she's been, she either needs to lose as a way to further her own story (thought having a vet like Asuka beat her would've been a good way to introduce some adversity to her run and show her growing to overcome that challenge in a rematch), or to get someone over who can be a big name for the division, so if they think Io can be that, then go for it.
That said, while I think most people are aware that Io's ridiculously talented and could definitely be a top player, it remains to be seen if WWE would see her as that, or if they think she'd just be in that "reliable good hand we can trust with the belt sometimes" position they largely keep Asuka in.

It's possible they do some kind of finish where Bayley screws her over in some way. Someone who up to this point has been only used as a tag wrestler on the MR losing to the strongest booked woman in the company on a protected finish isn't going to be the end of the world for her. Especially if the follow up is her turning face and going over Bayley. Also are you really comparing Bianca to Jinder? I know you hate her but come on. I'm tired of her booking too but the crowds still clearly dig her.

IYO seems like a really bland choice to take Bianca's spot.. Eh. Iyo is getting more and more over, and its hard to say Iyo is bland when you still have Bianca holding the title and having not evolved in two years. And while Bianca is decent in the ring, she definitely is not great either. She has had quite a few clunkers, and her booking is absolutely atrocious. And in the ring her selling is abysmal as well. She never, ever looks like she is in any danger of losing, and never really sells anyone as a threat either. I do think a lot of the "Bianca is still universally beloved" by the crowds thing falls flat when we have firsthand reporting from Hashtag that they didn't really like her winning at Mania, on top of not caring at all about her promo the following RAW. And her Mania related videos are among some of WWE's most disliked videos that week, even moreso than the Cody/Roman stuff.

Don't mind me just posting bland gifs lol. Io, there're stairs there you could've used... Stairs? Pfft. Where's the fun in that? Unless you get to push people down them like I did a couple of minutes ago. ...Wait...What?... KIDDING! (Not kidding ) 2 hours later, Bayley is seen at the bottom of the stairs holding her leg in pain...

Bianca doesn’t even feel like the main star or focal point of Raw’s Women’s division. Right now the top story on Raw, in regards to the women, are: -Damage Ctrl’s upcoming implosion and how the fallout affects Bayley/Dakota/IYO -Trish Stratus’ betrayal of Becky Lynch and their ensuing feud -With Shayna & Ronda injured, the tag title picture will probably center on Raquel/Liv & Sonya/Chelsea At this point as far as the women’s division goes, Bianca Belair is a glorified side character.

Well with the draft now taking place before Backlash, the odds of Iyo winning are now 0.
God help us with Bianca's reign of terror never ending at this rate.

They could always draft Bianca to SD and have her drop it at Backlash as obvious as it would be. Or they could do it like have Bianca Vs IYO on the same night they have the draft. Not saying IYO has any chance of winning but just keeping my little hope alive.

That's been a feature for most of this reign, honestly. She has super protected booking and a lot of clean wins, but nonetheless feels like a third wheel. She barely appears unless she's wrestling, and her feuds (especially with Alexa, though this was also the case with Becky) tend to be built around her opponent's character rather than hers because her EST character is still exactly the same.
