Had any of these Matches that were pretty well known rumored or wished by the Fans at that point in time happened. Which would have changed History the most?
I'd say Hogan/Austin easly. Even tho i'm glad we got Hogan/Rock instead cause it was overall better In-Ring wise and for other reasons.
Rock/Punk/Cena at 29 would have mabye chnaged History massively also. Punk always wanted that Wrestlemania Main Event and you can think of whatever you want but at that Year he absolutely should have got it. Twice in a Lifetime sucked and mabye the build to the Year before weird in retrospect. And had Punk got that Match who knows if he relation with WWE would have been overall better (had the medical stuff never happened) i know it's Punk he probably would have left anyway because he was always unlucky with something booking-wise. But mabye he would have stayed years longer.
Taker/Sting is my biggest Dream Match but would it have changed History? Nope not at all. Sting would have never won against Taker and it "only" would have been a big Attraction that's it. Still mad it never happened.

I have a hard time believing that Punk wouldn't have left anyway.
Taker v Sting doesn't really have any implications moving forward.
Austin being recognized as still the top babyface by having that match I feel would've probably smooth things out before they got out of hand, so I guess that wins.

I feel like Austin vs Hogan has the most chance of having a lasting impact, but I wonder how they would have ended it. I question either guy wanting to take the pin, so maybe some kind of interference leading to a no contest and the two cleaning house and throwing back beers after 10 minutes of wrestling beforehand. It'd have still been a bit of a rip as a finish, but it'd at least placate the crowd with a buddy ending.
Had Sting vs Taker happened, then yeah I am sure Sting would have stuck around a few years, but I wonder how big of a gamechanger he'd have been. He'd probably have won the world title, but beyond that, no idea.

Sting v. Undertaker, only for the sole reason that after their match, they would've started teaming together out of mutual respect.
We, as a fandom, were denied "The UnderStinkers"😔

Realistically, none of these matches would have had a big impact.
Loads of absurd first time matches happened in 2001 to 2003 and most of them sucked ass
What impact did Rock Hogan have really? It is a match that is discussed. Was it influential? Or just a cool match?

It is a match that is discussed. Was it influential? Or just a cool match? It mostly was impactful in turning Hogan face and them milking his last big face run. The problem being that I think Hogan didn't get the memo it was a nostalgia run and thought he would remain a top guy.

Who in the world is voting for Cena/Rock/Punk at WrestleMania 29?
Punk's gripe was that he wasn't getting the main event, but even if he did, he'd still find something to upset him and he'd leave over something else.
Changing the placing of his match isn't going to change CM Punk.
