Was Von Wagner implanted with the top guy gene as a baby at the direction of his jobbing ass dad? Did the MKUltra program sink its claws in to Von with all the fun fun brain teasers? Did dude have a conjoined twin separated from his head? Ron Wagner The Forgotten?
