Much like Brock, Cena, and Taker should Orton be a permanent free agent instead of being assigned to Raw or Smackdown? I feel like he’s earned that right and I doubt he will be full time anymore if he does return

Nah Edge isn’t a free agent, put Orton on a brand. Brock is the only one who should be. Cena too I guess.
