I spend a fair amount of time looking at different superheroes or comic book characters and reading about them, and I like to imagine certain characters getting their own movies or shows. I like reading about lesser known or more obscure characters as well as the more popular ones, but the obscure ones are more fun because there most likely aren't any movies or shows made about them. That said, what sort of lesser known or more obscure comicbook characters or super heroes do you want to see made into movies or shows? For me, I've wanted to see how they would handle a Tigra movie for a while. Also, I like the idea of DC having their own version of the Guardians of the Galaxy so maybe a Darkstars movie or a Shadowpact movie for a more supernatural theme. And I've been trying to think of a way they could do a Dog-Welder movie. Maybe instead of a guy who welds dogs to people, an anthropomorphic dog who welds things. He could fight mummies and go against Lord Scapegoat as an enemy. Then, a modern day Vampirella movie with a decent budget could be fun.
How about the rest of y'all?

Sleepwalker would be interesting (Marvel will probably get there at some point).
I would also like to see Vampirella made into a movie.
DC wise something involving Starman w/The Shade

I imagine there's a high chance they'd botch it, but I'd kind of be down to see a live-action or animated Punchline in something. Not even sure why, exactly, I am just kind of curious how she'd translate.

I'm mostly a Marvel guy so seeing the 90's crew of New Warriors, Darkhawk, and Sleepwalker(a perennial favorite who shows up in books about once per decade at this point) would all be great. Adapting Sleepwalker's original run would be so easy too, I think. I mostly just want a big, dumb, obnoxiously 90's New Warriors movie. And how the f*** have Disney not made a Power Pack movie at this point, while I'm ranting?

Phantom 2040 is well overdue for a revival, that's the future we're heading for.

Tigra will most likely be a side character in the next season of She Hulk

This is hard for Marvel because every weird, obscure character I want a movie of they actually wind up giving a movie (or special) to. Phyla-Vell, Elsa Bloodstone, even Videoman put in a cameo in the last Spider-Verse movie.
That said, I've had this idea for a Magma and Boom-Boom movie loosely based on their X-Men: Evolution counterparts. It would be a mildly wacky jungle adventure movie, the villain would be Selene and it would tie Nova Roma into the Lost City of Z legend.
I really wanted them to make an Iron Man 2020 movie in 2020.
As much as I love the Jack Knight Starman series I honestly think the Will Payton Starman series has better movie potential.
For the longest time I've been nursing my idea for a Batgirls movie, where Barbara is Oracle, Cass is her official, sanctioned successor, and Steph is like this rogue Batgirl that stole her suit and has to earn their respect and trust to become part of the team.
Always was a fan of the original Resurrection Man series, not sure how he'll translate into a movie. Same with Aztek honestly.
A Kate Spencer Manhunter movie (heavily featuring Cameron Chase) I think has a lot of potential.
I've gone back and forth about a Gen13 movie. I liked the original series and think the characters have a lot of potential, but they're so 90's/Generation X that I can't imagine trying to modernize them for a modern audience without it feeling either really outdated or just mean-spirited.
I would not be against a mildly campy, self-aware Glory movie in the same vein as something like Xena.
The Maxx would be... difficult to translate into a movie, but if they could get it to work it would be awesome.

Where's my Static Shock movie, Hollywood? I don't know if it's a movie or show... but isn't Gunn bringing Static Shock to the new DCEU?

I'd like to see Witchblade finally escape development hell and be made into a movie.
Also, we don't talk about the tv show from the 2000s.

I actually wrote out a treatment for a short series based on "Arm Fall Off Boy" where he's a middle-aged grocery store worker who lost his chance to be a baseball star where he disconnected his arm in order to steal a home run in a state championship game and people freaked. He'd stop a robbery (managing to disconnect his arm and toss it to the knocked away gun of the assailant) and end up the local freak again before a little girl shows up assuming his ability makes him a superhero and asks him to help find her father.
She'd be one of those 'cute/smart' kids, so she'd offer him cash and when he denied her, she'd reveal that she called his landlord and used her money to keep his apartment, indebting him to at least try. Then, there'd be wacky events trying to track the father down (Including one where he has to throw an arm inside a cramped area and miss, leading to an exposition scene with the arm slowly crawling back to him in the background), getting beat up by goons the father had hired and then stiffed on cash, and eventually finding the father is actually minor villain Angle Man who, in attempting a new device to hide around corners, has been accidentally zapping himself forward in time and not realizing it, leading to an odd confrontation where AFOB destroys the device and Angle Man goes home to be a family man until he can save up the cash to rebuild his machine and try again.
I called it "The Amazing Floyd O'Belkin" (Where, of course, the name would fade to show the AFOB intials).

I've always thought that Wild Dog would have made a kickass early 90s type action movie.

Badger-Who doesn't want a crime fighting Mentally ill Vietnam Vet superhero?
Megaton Man-Yea I know the Tick has had a few,but why not the character Ben ripped off with the Tick?
1963-Yea I know rights issues. But make this a movie and do the ending we never got.
Supreme-Pre Moore or Moore run. Doesn't matter.
Grendal-Well he is kind of a superhero. Hunter Rose needs screen time.

Why the hell would you want a Dog-Welder movie without Dog-Welder? It's absurd, but it's supposed to be absurd! Anywho, here's a few I think would work... Blue Beetle, the Ted Kord version. A mash-up of Batman and Spider-Man. I'd love it. (no Booster Gold) An animated Frog of Thunder movie would be a blast, with Hemsworth providing the voice. How about Blue Devil? Humorous character, with a Hollywood setting that they could poke fun at both comics and superhero movies. Plastic Man. Bill Willingham's Elementals as a miniseries.

A Power Man/Iron Fist Trilogy set in the 70s that fully embraces the Bronze Age aesthetics. Same thing for Metamorpho except set in the 60s. Dial H for Hero (using the most recent revival of the concept as its story bible).
