He was hitting more 3's last season once Booker started handling the ball more and they got KD

CP3 can be what Kidd was at end of his career tho I think CP3 has a lot left in the tank as a sixth man but his injury history but this will be his chance to embrace a new role and he doesn't have the ego that players like Westbrook, Allen Iverson did that would be a turn off. In theory, he's a good fit for Warriors as a floor general for a team that has gotten too wild with the ball 

However, it could easily blow up too. One injury and he's missing 30 percent of the season. Draymond getting in his feelings and wanting to drive him away like he did KD

Yeah, from what I gather this would put them over the tax threshold, but not sure what the Harden situation is going to bring. Ainge definitely put them in a tough spot.

I can't think of a better trio to cap out at the Conference semis than Harden, Morey, and Doc. The issue is trying to rebuild with Embiid onboard. You're either gonna have to pivot insanely well or just salt the earth rebuild by trading the big man. They're in a really weird spot. I'm sure the fanbase isn't down for another early 2010s style rebuild.

That's what I mean, you have to get a real quick turnaround. The draft next year is so-so at the top, so tanking isn't even a big option. Maxey is good, not great (yet anyway), so you're shooting for the rare star-for-star deal.
