A mid season tournament is content. You can sell content to networks, and networks like ESPN will overvalue the exclusivity and pay a boatload to air it. That’s why the play-in tournament exists.

Lillard agent is telling teams to not trade for him if they don't want an unhappy player. Basically telling the whole league it is only Miami. Dame is going to tank his goodwill with shit like that If this happens and he goes to Miami for nothing, he comes back to Portland he needs to get the Aaron Hicks treatment. |
