Why does Heyman still carry the two belts?

Why is Heyman still carrying around the WWE title and the Universal title now that the new Undisputed etc etc title has been made and Roman’s wearing that? Wasn’t the point of the new title that it replaces the old ones?

Now it looks like Roman has three world titles..right?
