Nah she’s been mishandled pretty bad. It’s not even like they had her lose thr belt straight up. They did that dumb anxiety gimmick (which has not been mentioned in months BTW) and then it was a ladder match. If that was the story, then she should have actually been beaten for the title. Honestly while NXT is very fun overall, it does feel like it maybe has too many people on the roster. There’s a lot of talent that start off hot, but then just kind of cool off because NXT doesn’t have room to push them. What you're saying is NXT needs a third hour! Wouldn’t hurt. |

They had a legit medical concern with her which is why she vacated it - after review it wasn't far from the storyline reason. I just don't see it as mishandling, which is usually just a euphemism for "booking different from what I'd do". She isn't any less over or credible which is when I'd be concerned. And why have they just dropped it now then? It didn’t even play into the ladder match either? At least make it an ongoing thing? And frankly, she doesn’t feel important anymore. She loses almost every big match she’s in, and feels like nowhere near the top of the division. For someone you spent so much time building, that’s a big dropped ball. She should still feel like a top star and she just, doesn’t? And honestly I don’t get it? Same with Cora for that matter. |
