Couple of fun facts from Cagematch searching to correct some of the stuff I said in the main thread
- The last time Takeshita and Ibushi were against each other was the 13th September 2015 in a tag match in DDT
- Claudio Castagnoli last faced Ibushi in ROH on the 12th June 2008 and that was the only match, singles or otherwise, against one another.
- Ibushi and the Bucks have not shared a ring since the first All In event in 2018, which was also the last year Omega, Hangman and Ibushi shared a ring together.
- Moxley, Yuta and PAC have never faced Ibushi, even with two of them being in the same company at different points (Moxley being a part of the Shield, PAC being on the main roster and Ibushi being in the CWC).

Wonder if they'll do the double ring battle royal on Rampage again.

Really curious if the music they played for the Ibushi reveal video last night is gonna be the theme that AEW uses for him next week.

In terms of pure in ring talent this Blood and Guts has to be one of their most stacked matches ever surely, Hangman, Claudio, Mox, Ibushi, Kenny, Pac, Takeshita and the Bucks are all absolutely elite, pardon the pun, and Yuta is pretty great himself, struggling to think of another match they've had with that much talent. I've never been as keen on the WarGames concept as most because it can become a bit too punchy kicky and slow for my taste but I absolutely cannot wait for this one, feels like a perfect blend of guys to deliver something closer to what I'd enjoy from this type of match.

My memory for these things is terrible but I was thinking it might be the best combo of teams since WWF Vs the alliance.

PAC as the fifth man is a really good choice, too, considering his history with Kenny, Hangman and the Bucks, and the fact that this puts him right at the top of the card with Wembley around the corner. Right up to the announcement I was fearing it was gonna be Jericho.
